One of our favorite things to do with our clients is to have them make a list of all their least favorite things they're doing on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis...whether it be something they don't like because they aren't good at it, they find it draining and mundane, or they just don't have the energy or time. Once they make this list, they read it aloud, and we say, "We can take care of literally every single one of those things." A feeling of relief washes over them and we begin the work!
