Laury Georges-Lane is a seasoned HR strategist and labor law consultant with more than 20 years of experience advising senior leaders in sectors including energy, healthcare, retail, and government. As CEO of LGL Consulting & Executive Advisory Group, she provides executive-level HR counsel, helping organizations expand globally while navigating complex labor regulations and minimizing risk.

Laury is known for balancing legal rigor with strategic vision, offering expertise in policy development, organizational transformation, and employee relations. She has advised both public and private entities—including governments in Senegal and Gambia—on workforce development, immigration, and DEI initiatives.

A Florida Supreme Court Civil Circuit Mediator and active board member for multiple DEI and business development councils, Laury is a strong voice in conversations around pay equity, AI in HR, and women in corporate leadership.

Holding degrees from the University of Florida, Shepard Broad College of Law, and Nova Southeastern University, she’s as credentialed as she is passionate. Her greatest motivation? Her daughter Nyla, who inspires Laury’s commitment to equity, excellence, and empowerment.
