Tom Atkinson is a consultant and business coach with a heart for helping specialty contractors turn their skills into sustainable companies. His journey started in the U.S. Army as a cable systems technician and continued through years of hands-on experience in construction and commercial contracting.

In 2013, Tom co-founded a tech integration firm and successfully scaled it into a company that was acquired by a national provider in 2024. Today, he leverages that experience to coach others in building value—whether through better processes, sharper sales strategies, or stronger leadership.

Tom is especially gifted at working with tradespeople who are great at their craft but overwhelmed by the business side. He brings structure, strategy, and steady support, helping owners think like leaders without losing their identity.

Based in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Tom and his wife have raised four children, and he brings the same dedication to coaching that he does to family and faith.
